Your order will be delivered to your home address with GLS, and in SWEDEN, POLAND and Belgium the parcel will be delivered to a GLS parcel shop of your choosing. Delivery in most EU countries is free.

Usually, you will receive your package within 2-6 workdays. If you place your order before 11am on working days, we aim to ship your order the same day.
As soon as your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a track & trace number.
If you wish to change your order, you must contact Customer Service as soon as possible, and we will try to accommodate your wishes. If this isn’t possible, we must instead ask you to place a new order and return the item you wanted to change.
If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact Customer Service as soon as possible, so that we may stop the shipping of your order. If this isn’t possible, you must instead make a return.
When your order has left our warehouse, you will receive an email containing a track & trace number. You can check the status of your order with this number.
At ACOLÉ you have 30 days from the day of receipt to return any unused items.
1. Fill out the return form (here you will also find the return address).
2. Pack the unused items in the original packaging with hangtags still attached (items that are not in original packaging or with hangtags will not be refunded). You can use the bag in which you received your items for returns.
3. Choose how you wish to ship the package to us. We highly recommend choosing freight with tracking options, and that you keep your postage receipt as proof that the package has been sent. You are responsible for the return expenses.

If you wish to exchange an item to another size, we must ask you to order the size you wish and send the other item back to us as any other return.
When we receive your return at our warehouse, it will be processed as quickly as possible. We will credit your card within 30 working days, and we only credit the card used upon purchase to limit the use of stolen credit cards.
If you discover any faults or have any complaints regarding an item, we ask you to contact Customer Service as soon as possible and describe your complaint. Please direct your complaints to email@example.com or phone +45 87 12 23 00, and we will give you further instructions regarding your complaint.
Please contact Customer Service immediately if any of the items were damaged upon arrival.
You can pay with following credit cards: Dankort, VISA, VISA/Dankort, VISA Electron, Mastercard, Meastro and Paypal. By using credit cards we don’t hold any fee, and we first debit the money from your card when the package has left our warehouse.
Invoice / account with Klarna
We offer payment per invoice through the payment company Klarna AB. You can choose between two invoice options:
Klarna invoice: Your card is credited 14 days after your order is shipped. Here you can read more about the terms for Klarna invoice. Klarna account: With Klarna account you pay the amount over time.

If you wish to order a gift card, you simply choose the amount of the gift card and add it to your cart as you would any other product. As soon as we have processed your order, you will receive the gift card per email. The gift card will be send to the email used at check out.
The gift card is valid for two years per issue date.
The email containing the gift card is also used to check the balance on your card. Please save this email to check your balance.
When the gift card was ordered, you received an email in which you can keep track of your balance. Should you have lost this email, you can always contact Customer Service, and we will check your balance for you.
